At Gift Boutique we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express (AMEX) credit cards. Payment for your order and credit card details will be processed by online payment gateway provider Paypal who will only send authorisation details to us at Gift Boutique. Any credit card numbers are not passed from the bank to us at Gift Boutique.

Substitution Policy

While Gift Boutique will endeavour to accurately describe our gift hampers we do reserve the right to replace or substitute any products for a similar or greater value product / item.

Freight and Delivery Policy

Free freight for all orders over $150 within New Zealand.

Gift Boutique delivers from Kaitaia in the far North and Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Mount Maunganui, Rotorua, Gisbourne, Tauranga, Hastings, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Wellington, Nelson, Blenheim, West Coast, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin and even Invercargill.  Beautiful Gift Boutique gift hampers and gift boxes are delivered to Rural Delivery areas in New Zealand as well (rural delivery fee applies).

Rural is if you are out of city/town boundaries, please check the New Zealand Post Office Postcode Finder as it will tell you if the address is rural when entered into the following page;

Delivery excludes all outer islands from the North and South Islands.

National 2-Day Delivery NZ $10-15.00

National 2-Day Rural Delivery NZ $20.00

Gift Boutique will endeavour to dispatch your order promptly. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery (extra for Rural Deliveries). Please note courier companies are unable to deliver to P.O. Box's.

It is vital that you provide a full and correct delivery address and if nobody is home at the time of delivery the courier company will leave a calling card in your letter box: you should call the courier company to arrange collection or redelivery. A signature is required upon receipt of Gift Boutique gift hampers.

Hospital Deliveries

Please provide patient name, ward number and room number.  We recommend you check with the hospital as the patient could have been discharged by the time your gift hamper arrives.  To avoid disappointment we recommend you sending the gift hamper to the recipient's home address, this will ensure that it arrives safely.

Apartment Deliveries

Security codes and limited access make deliveries difficult for courier companies. Please include the recipient's mobile number if possible, this will assist the courier company with delivery, alternatively could you have the gift delivered to your recipient's work place.

Incorrect / Incomplete / Re-directions Addresses

Please ensure that you supply the correct full address details as Gift Boutique can not take responsibility for gifts delivered incorrectly due to incorrect delivery information provided.  If your gift needs to be re-directed a fee of $10.00 will be charged to re-deliver the gift.

Personal Message with your Gift Hamper

Gift Boutique has a selection of gift cards available for you to include your own personalised message or alternatively Gift Boutique can supply your message on a complimentary card at no charge. Please complete your personal message in the shopping cart process.


All prices quoted on Gift Boutique's website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude G.S.T.

Refund and Return Policy

In the unlikely event your gift is damaged or you have cause for dissatisfaction simply email us within 5 days at  and we will make arrangements for the return of this product and a refund or replacement will be arranged.

Gift Hampers containing Alcohol

The Sale of Liquor Act 1989 states that customers must be 18 years old or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases of gift hampers containing alcohol on this site.  It is illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase alcohol.

It is illegal to purchase gift hampers containing alcohol to give as a gift to any person under the age of 18 years. Falsely declaring this is a prosecutable offence under section 172 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and is subject to a fine of up to $2000.00 or conviction.
